Celebración de las I Jornadas sobre la Dimensión Jurídica, Social y Económica del Principio de Precaución

Los días 16, 17 y 18 de abril de 2024 se celebraron las I Jornadas sobre la Dimensión Jurídica, Social y Económica del Principio de Precaución en el Salón de Grado de la Facultad de Ciencias del Trabajo.

En ellas intervinieron:

  • Dra. Dª. Roberta Marino, Profesora Asociada de Derecho Privado de la Universidad Federico II, Nápoles, Italia, con la ponencia “Actividades Empresariales y Factores ASG”.
  • Dra. María Antonia Ciocia, Catedrática de Derecho Privado de la Universidad Luigi Vanvittelli, Nápoles, Italia, con la ponencia “Economía Circular y Protección de los Consumidores”.
  • Dra. Dª. Giovanni D´Alfonso, Dra. Dª. Roberta Marino, Dra. Dª. Alessia Mignozzi, Dra. Dª. María Antonia Ciocia y Dr. D. Ignacio de Cuevillas Matozzi, en la mesa redonda “Le dimensioni giuridiche del Principio di Precauzione”.
