Master’s Degree of Mediation

The purpose of this Master’s Degree is describing, evaluating and explaining the main psycosocial’ phenomena and dispute generating processes in the different work-related areas, the organisations and the Human Resources; planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the changes, as well as interventions aimed at improving the behaviours and processes inherent to the organisational disputes, and design of strategies, methods and techniques to generate actions, in particular,  mediation actions.

This Master’s is taught on the Cadiz Campus.
